What happens if I’m a Home Depot Brand Advocate Program Member?
  • If you are a member of The Home Depot’s Brand Advocate Program you get Tagglo for the Home Depot channel for free.
How do SKU limits get counted?
    • SKUs are counted on a channel by channel basis.
    • Each channel may have a different SKU limit.

 

Example:
You have 70 SKUs you want to push to the Amazon Channel you would want to choose the 100 SKU plan.
If you also sell 400 SKUs to The Home Depot, you would add a 500 SKU Home Depot channel to your account.

Can I pause my account?
  • If you want to pause or suspend your connection to a retailer, you can do so by removing the channel from your account.
    Note: This will delete all master data mappings to that channel.
  • You can stop all payments by removing all channels from your account and still retain your uploaded master data in your tagglo account for as long as you like.
What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept all major debit and credit cards.
  • You can also use 3D Secure for any payment.
  • We also accept ACH payments.
  • We can invoice you for payment for custom plans or if you select the 1 year pre-pay option
How much will it cost me?
  • Cost will vary depending on what retailer channels you want to use and how many SKUs you have with each of those retailers.
  • Use our cost estimator to select the retailers you want and the SKUs you need to send them
Can I remove a SKU from Tagglo once I’ve uploaded it to my retailer to keep my SKU count down?
  • Yes, you would have to remove it from your retail channel.
    Note: You will no longer be able to monitor the status of that item or maintain the item data with the retailer.
What happens if I want to sync different amounts of SKUs with different retailers.
  • That’s fine and many customers do just that!
  • Simply select the SKU range that you need for that channel.
  • You can increase or decrease your SKU plan for that channel at any time.
What happens when I reach my channel’s SKU limits?
  • When you reach the SKU count limit for a channel, you will be unable to add any additional SKUs.
  • We’ll notify you when you get close and remind you to upgrade to the next SKU tier to avoid any service disruptions.
How do I close my account?
  • Simply let us know and we’ll make sure that your account does not renew on the next billing cycle.
  • When the next billing cycle starts your account will go into maintenance mode and you will no longer be able to add products to your retailers via Tagglo.
  • We will keep your account in maintenance mode for 90 days and then remove the account and delete all associated data. You can also contact us any time during those 90 days and request to have your account data removed.

 

So far, I really like Tagglo. It seems to be pretty well thought out, and the 2 Stibo folks that were here are very open to hearing suggestions for improvement and implementing them.
